They arrived exactly the time they said! Britt, my detailer, was upfront about everything. Told us the process and approx time it would take. Totally pampered my car as if it was his own. When he was done, he walked us around the car. Told us everything that was done. The car honestly looked better than showroom! Everything was cleaned up. And if you need a mobile detailer, this is the one to call! I definitely recommend them!
Lux did another great job! I used them two years ago with the same results. Will definitely use them again when needed. My vehicle was detailed at Hampton Lakes Bluffton.
Jesus was not only an amazing professional but he provided an exceptionally personalized experience for me which made all the difference! In a world where care and service seem to be lost arts- Jesus stood above and beyond any other interactions I've had across various industries as he genuinely cares about his work and the people he is serving. Communication was timely, thorough, honest, and his level of expertise is beyond compare! I am a very busy professional who has been wanting a great cleaning for my Maserati but with little time to give it the attention it deserves. Jesus and Brit made the whole process effortless and highly satisfactory as well as took such a load off my mind to just know that everything was being taken care of and I could focus on my work and still have my car returned to its beautiful state through their mobile detailing service. This is beyond five star service I would give them a hundred stars! Highly recommend this company and Jesus!
Jesus and his Mary band of car dealer professionals just detailed my 2022 Nissan frontier it had multiple swirls and small scratches. Their professionalism made my car look like it was brand new again. I highly recommend them for anyone who needs a perfectionist to take care of their vehicle. My truck is so shiny now it’s almost blinding. I am so very very happy that I chose Lux Paul Levy along time resident of Hilton head Island.🏝️
It’s the second time this miraculous company saved me - in the direct sense of the word. Always fast reply, always on time, 100% flawless results! My dad had mold in his car and nobody I MESN NOBODY would even try. It looked better than new! Mild never came back! Second time we did my son’s car that had been neglected for a long time. Now it looks and smells like I just bought it from the salon! Prices are too low they deserve more, and more praise! I’m ecstatic! 🤩
