Fantastic prices for an enormous amount of food! This is one of the food trucks in Salem i always recommend to visitors because it's that good and it is so authentic! I love it there! They always get your food out to you super fast plus they have seating here as well as a salsa bar which is more than pretty much any other food truck I've been too so this is the best!!
I didn't take pictures because i quite literally inhaled my food the second i opened the to-go box. I'm being completely honest, this is the BEST mexican food I've had in Oregon. It's actually tied for first overall. The smell, the flavors, the quality... my mouth is watering just thinking of it. And i only got a Chicken burrito 🤣 Prices are good, staff is friendly, just know they mostly only speak Spanish; they have the translation for all the items on the truck so you'll be fine haha Their food runs spicy, so be aware if you can't handle heat spice! (Will definitely be updating this next time i go with photos!)
