Jesus was such a gentleman and got us repaired quickly. I was so impressed by him. Thank you again Jesus. Lockridge Priest Thank you for always providing stellar service especially on these hot days when a part goes out. You always have the best repairmen.
6/11/2026 Visit Antonio was phenomenal! He conducted a thorough inspection of my system and concluded that it was the blower. I was relieved that it was able to be repaired and didn't require replacement. I loved his honesty and I appreciate that he took time to explain things and didn't mind me hanging around. He showed us our options had a very affordable recommendation. Unlike another company I phoned, he did not start off trying to replace my system. An EXTRA five stars for that. If I could give more stars I would! Thank you Antonio and Lochridge Priest! UPDATE 06/12/2026: Antonio came back out today with the part, got it in quickly and my house is already cool again! 5 more stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thank you again to Antonio for the great work and advising me on my system. Thank you Lochridge Priest for having such prompt and courteous service and technicians!
My friend in our neighborhood referred me to them and I'm so glad she did! Britt Dominguez came out and I really appreciate everything he did. He was extremely thorough and honest and professional. Was very good about communicating everything to me, and fixed our issue. Overall great experience and I highly recommend. I also appreciated how clean he was and used shoe coverings. Even the lady at the office who I initially called was super polite and professional. 10/10 recommend!
Jeff was exceptional! He had a very calm and great presence. Very understanding of all my concerns and questions and answered anything I had to ask. He was also very thorough going through all the units and prices and what there is to offer. Even interacted with my one year-old in a very kind way. Definitely a great person!
