Just WOW! Lisa went way above and beyond what was required to sell a house for our aging parents. Lisa was so incredibly patient and fair and explained everything until we all felt comfortable with how everything would go. There were no surprises! Lisa is professional, kind and so knowledgeable in her field. Her communication was perfect and she even stepped in to move an extremely heavy refrigerator when she happened to show up when the buyers came to get it 😆 I can’t say enough good things about Lisa and her ability to sell a house, or find the perfect one for a buyer. She sold my parent’s house in less than a day with multiple back up offers and I know that was greatly in part bc of her diligent work and tasteful staging. She gave great advice for the counter offer and followed all the rules by the book. We will absolutely use Lisa again in the future.
