Lisa went above and beyond in the process of selling our home! She was responsive, had quick and reliable contractors to assist with getting bids on work and handled everything in a very progressional manner. She has so much experience that it was so comforting to be able to trust her with everything from start to finish!
Lisa was exceptional from start to finish. Buying and selling home is stressful, but she made the process smooth and even enjoyable! She was always responsive, gave sound advice(from her years of experience!), and made us feel like we were always her top priority. I will recommend her to all our friends and family.
Lisa helped me sell a rental property and was wonderful to work with. She was very easy to communicate with and always available. Lisa gave fair and honest feedback and ideas. She was always quick to get answers or help find a service provider for work needing to be done. All of her recommendations paid off. I couldn't have been happier with her level of service. It is a very difficult time to be selling a condo, but Lisa helped me close the sale with the first buyer to offer. I would highly recommend Lisa to anyone looking to sell. Brian D.
We had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Lisa as our real estate agent. From start to finish, she was incredibly responsive, professional, and always made herself available whenever we needed guidance or had questions. Selling a home can be stressful, but Lisa made the entire process feel smooth and manageable. One thing that really stood out was her network of trusted industry contacts. She connected us with fantastic professionals who helped get our home looking its absolute best before listing, which made a huge difference. Her years of experience truly showed throughout the transaction, especially during negotiations. Lisa was confident, knowledgeable, and strategic, and we always felt like we were in excellent hands. We genuinely could not have asked for a smoother experience and are so grateful for everything she did for our family. We highly recommend Lisa to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!
Lisa Hanna is an excellent listener, very skilled negotiator and has amazing relationships and resources that she has spent her career cultivating. I have huge respect for her knowledge and skills as an agent and trusted her completely thru the process of selling my home of 43 years. She knows how to communicate the buying/selling process in a way that makes you not feel intimated, but well taken care of. I highly recommend her and wish for you to have the same experience as I had! Cindy Kauffman
