Working with Tom was a positive experience entirely. From his rapid response upon first contact to his quick thorough work. He was not only on time but was able to come early and had fit me into the schedule quickly. He was enjoyable to talk to between him working and just made it a completely painless endeavor. I am so happy with the quality he was able to return the carpets to and the removal of odors. They were dry and ready to be walked on in just a few hours to boot. His prices are also so much more reasonable than almost any other place a contacted. I will happily request his help and recommend him on future carpet cleaning jobs.
