We felt so fortunate to have Linda list our home for us. After first meeting her at an open house in the neighborhood years before, she was our go-to person anytime we had a question about the real estate market. When it was time to sell our home we knew Linda would be the agent we wanted for our listing. The home we were selling was older, with a few quirks to it and Linda was so knowledgeable about all the intricacies involved. She was always easy to get ahold of and we so appreciated her upbeat, positive attitude. We listed our home during a changing market and were moving out of state so there was a lot involved for us with the sale of the home but Linda handled it all seamlessly and made what could have been a stressful time so much easier for us. I would definitely recommend Linda to any potential home buyer or seller. It’s not often you find someone with the professionalism, knowledge, attitude and attention to detail that she has – thank you, Linda!

Linda was our listing agent selling our home. We interviewed candidates and she was the clear winner, with the depth of her experience and the superior client services of a prestigious real estate firm behind her. Every step of the way (during which, the coronavirus struck...) she was helpful, encouraging, respectful of our concerns, rallying without being bossy, resourceful, and willing to jump in and do things herself for us (such as planting lovely flowers in my empty strawberry pots on the back porch, and bringing her own staging items for bedroom and bathroom). The PR materials she produced were comprehensive, beautiful, just stellar in every way. She had all the bases covered and I'm sure she did much more behind the scenes that we are not even aware of. She was always available on the spot or got back to us quickly. I cannot think of one negative thing to say or drawback to working with her or her company. We had no idea what to expect, putting our house on the market in the midst of a pandemic, but our home sold quickly, due in large part to Linda's great advice on what to pay attention to in preparing the house and what to not worry about. It all came true as she said it would and we highly recommend her! When we decide to get back in the real estate game and buy something, we will certainly call her to be our buyers' agent. She is versatile and will stand up for her clients, whether buyers or sellers, all the while being so kind, thoughtful, and understanding.

When my wife and I decided to purchase our first home we had no intention of finding a Real Estate Agent as we are both very capable people. With all these real estate websites available how hard could it be to just choose a house and buy it? BUT, after falling in love with a house that it turns out had already sold, we realized that we were not getting accurate information. We reached out to a few agents, but Linda was the one that seemed to be best at responding (and ACTUALLY listening to our questions!). Long story short, Linda went above and beyond what I expected. Before long she showed us a home that we REALLY fell in love with at which point we decided to try and buy. Believe it or not, this is really just the beginning of the process. If you have never bought a home before I cannot explain how difficult it is to coordinate with owners/banks/inspectors etc. But Linda literally helped with, or just did, everything except sign our names. This review was written in the comfort of my new home! Very Pleased!

Linda was amazing! She was thorough, communicative and reliable. She was accessible in a crazy market to look at many places and continued to send suggestions my way based on my criteria. Once the right house popped up she quick to help me get an offer in and we were able to successfully have our offer chosen despite the listing agents of the foreclosure saying it was the most offers they ever had! After the offer was accepted, I was lucky Linda was very organized in scheduling inspections because the communication from the bank was very poor. Due to the organization, Linda was able to help negotiate issues with both an oil tank and sewer line in my favor in the short window of time allotted. I could not have asked for a better realtor that was able to keep me up to date while dealing with a challenging listing agent and bank. Thank you for helping me find a house in this crazy market!
