Frankie and Leeann were great to work with. Leeann kept us in the loop about timing our multi faceted project. Frankie provided oversight and coordination of staff. His crews did excellent work and produced a beautiful result at a fair value. We highly recommend this company.
I've had various remodeling jobs done by Leupitz Contractors, Inc since I purchased my 45 year old home in 2016. Their teams have always been excellent no matter what job I've contracted with them to perform. They also stand by their work. Recently I noticed a small leak around a stand pipe on my roof, which was replaced by Leupit
We had a vapor barrier replaced under our house, which also included a challenging add on space. They went above and beyond doing a grimy job by removing all old debris and replaced a rodent screen. Courtesy, punctual and explained the whole process.
Big thank you to Marcus. He was able to complete our list of projects before our family party. Professional and efficient. Luis always does a great job with our yearly roof cleaning.
I first hired Leupitz for a kitchen remodel 25 years ago. I loved the work they did for me then, and still love the work they do for me now. Frankie and his team are efficient, knowledgeable and prompt. They really pulled through for us when we urgently needed our home made ADA compliant to care for my in-laws. I appreciate the fa
Leupitz is the best contractor we have EVER used, they were also one of the best business experiences we have ever had. We just had our mid sized guest bathroom fully remodeled by them. Every aspect of the experience was perfect. Starting with the initial bid, they were prompt, friendly, courteous and gave us a bid within 24 hours
We had Thierry, Marcus, Jose, and Noah do multiple jobs at our home the last 5 years. They have done such amazing work for us.
We are extremely pleased with the outcome of our badly needed home repairs. Leupitz Contractors replaced the roof, gutters, part of the chimney and siding on one side, along with exterior painting and smaller items. The crews were professional and courteous in every way. Frankie explained everything and answered all our questions. Le
Frankie and his team were amazing! We were having our flooring done and discovered dry rot on an above-the-garage deck and subfloor. The bids I received before contacting Leupitz consisted of contractors scratching their heads, not knowing how to proceed but giving me extremely high estimates of cost. My realtor recommended Leupit
Leupitz has done several jobs for us in the past six months including window replacement and some bathroom remodeling. We have been very happy with their work. Frankie is careful and thorough, the office is responsive and helpful, the carpentry is beautiful and they clean up when the job is finished!
Leupitz has done many jobs for us over the years, and we have always been delighted with their work. This year they did a number of projects, including removing and replacing our entire deck, and completing a seismic retrofit on the foundation of our 1911 home. As always, their work was meticulous, they were very responsive and easy
We recently had to fix the flashing and weather barrier on all of the windows around our home, because of a construction defect issue. My husband and I wanted a knowledgeable company with someone we could trust. Luepitz came recommended by a friend, and the bid came in a lot lower than we expected – so we went with them. Our experie
