Leupitz Contractors Inc, a top rated remodeling contractor in Woodburn, Oregon, was founded in 1974 by Bill Leupitz in Silverton, Oregon. Originally, the company started as a contracting and pest control business. In the late 1980’s, Bill’s son Mike bought the company from his dad and split the businesses into two separate establishments. In 1990 Joe Hoda joined the team as an employee and by 1996 took over management of Leupitz Contractors. Currently Joe and fellow longtime employee Frankie Garcia, handle the day-to-day operations of the business.

We had a vapor barrier replaced under our house, which also included a challenging add on space. They went above and beyond doing a grimy job by removing all old debris and replaced a rodent screen. Courtesy, punctual and explained the whole process.
