My first appointment with this dental office was a great experience. Dr. Smith was very kind, took the time to explain everything thoroughly, and pointed out a few areas that we will continue to monitor. Their clear communication and caring approach made me feel comfortable and at ease.
As always, very helpful and informative. Based on my unique health issues. LVAD patient. And a patient waiting on the heart transplant list. All the appropriate procedures and cautions are always taken.
We couldn't ask for a better dentist! He is incredibly patient, kind, and always makes sure you feel comfortable and safe. The whole staff is friendly and warm. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a fantastic dentist!
I was nervous about changing dental offices, but as a new patient I was impressed. The dental care team was thorough! I loved how the current process/flow for me as a new patient was. I felt heard regarding my concerns I had. All of the staff were friendly. I have never had a better cleaning done before, this was the most painless and best cleaning I have ever had before. The collections person was also knowledgeable and helped me as well. The front desk staff member was the reason it wasn’t 5 stars for me. They were on their phone most of the time I had to repeat a question I had and was not acknowledged on my way out. Other than that I look forward to continuing my dental care with Legends Dental.
I refuse to go to any other dentist. I literally fly from Atlanta to Waco to come see Dr. Smith as my dentist. She is calming, inviting, and so caring towards her patients. Anyone would be lucky to have her as a doctor.
