Worst Shop in Oregon

Full story belowe this TL:DR if you go here, you'll waste your time and your money. They don't actually do the work they are saying, they lie, they don't give you accurate estimates, add in hidden fees and you'll wind up not having your vehicle for double or triple the time you would expect the job to be done. Full story now I went in for over heating issues and after they checked, they found it was a blown head gasket and a cracked radiator cap. I gave the ok on the repairs and they said it would take about 2 weeks. 2 weeks passed so I gave them a call as I hadn't heard anything yet. They told me the head was at the machine shop and they were short handed so might be another week. I understood as most places are short handed anymore. Another week passes and they told me the machine shop gave the ok and should be done in 1 or 2 days. The Friday after, I get a text asking how my vehicle is driving after the repair, in which I haven't even picked it up yet. I call after this, later in the afternoon to get an update. They said it was a mistake and shouldn't have been sent. I call again on Monday and they asked if I got their voicemail. I explained I didn't have a voicemail or missed call from them at all. Someone had gone through and broken windows at their shop over the weekend, so Friday the window should be repaired on their dime and they should be able to wrap up the job. At this point, we are now on week 4 of a 2 week repair so I asked about the original issue in which they said once the window was repaired, they should be able to finish it up Monday. They call me on the next Monday and let me know the timing chain needs to be replaced now also. That's fine, add it to my bill. He said the part should be in on Tuesday or Wednesday and they can finish the job that day. We are now in week 5 of a 2 week repair. My wife goes in on Wednesday and ask about the repair, they said they will have it done on Friday. Because we have been dragged along for this long now, we called the next day to make sure the work was being done. The shop then begins to explain that it won't be done for another week still as the tech working on our vehicle quit. At this point, we don't believe they are actually doing the work and explain they have until the end of the day on Monday to have our vehicle repaird or we are taking it to another shop. They told us it won't be done by Monday and tried to guilt trip my wife by telling her "one of our techs got hurt working on YOUR vehicle". We told them we will be having our vehicle towed to another shop because of this. We asked about cost and they told my wife that we will only be paying for parts at this point and we would be good to tow after payment. I asked for the invoice for the parts only, the invoice they sent was the original for over $3k. After I got another shop and a tow lined up, I went into the shop to discuss the bill. The math on the parts and the very little work they did was $1k, they agreed and I had them send me the invoice for this. The invoice sent had labor still attached along with other fees making it $2.5k. I emailed back explaining that I need the invoice for parts. They emailed back saying they took 2 hours of labor off for the inconvenience. I emailed one last time and explained that our discussions on the phone and in person, we were told only parts and we agreed the total was going to be $1k. They finally got this invoice sent over to me with the amount we agreed upon. Come Friday, I verified parts being payed for and get it towed. My mechanic I had it towed to explained that all the parts needed to finish the job weren't included and that the shop it was at wasn't even close to being ready to put this back together. They gave me an estimate of 14.7 hours of work, they were 10 hours in with 8 hours left. 6 weeks and it wasn't even close to ready. NO ONE should be going to this shop, I'm hoping this will save people from having to deal with the most unprofessional and worst customer service shop that might exist in the entire state of Oregon. Do not go here no matter your circumstance.
