I have used Lava Express many times. I appreciate that my car gets a prewash scrub down. The free vacuums and drying towels are super nice as well. There is not a ton of interaction with the staff, but every interaction I’ve had has been pleasant. In the end, this car wash does just what I expect: cleans my car for a reasonable price.
