If I could give more than five stars I would. Laurie came to me as a recommendation from a close trusted aunt of mine. On the first meeting I knew very quickly that Laurie would be the agent for me and my family. We had a set of circumstances that were a bit unusual for a hand full of reasons. Laurie didn't blink one bit. She was able to share a bit about her expertise and experience which made her a fit for us and our situation(s). I'm quite confident she'd be a great fit for many sellers (or buyers). Me and my family were sellers. She did what was needed to be done without hesitation and communicated so well. There are multiple ways she went above and beyond what we could have expected. I am truly amazed (which isn't easy for me to be). Of course nobody can do "magic" but she came close. In addition to pitching into the work we needed in unexpected ways herself, I would also say her extensive network and the good will she has earned from stagers, gardeners, painters, carpenters, flooring professionals, and more benefited me and my family. You can, let those hard earned connections benefit you too! I can, I have, and I will recommend Laurie without hesitation or reservation. Do yourself a favor and just hire Laurie.
