We’ve lived here for 3 years and have really enjoyed it! The leasing office hosts community events, like the Valentine’s Day event, and they’re really fun and cute! For V-Day, they had Coco Donuts, which I love ❤️
Property is well kept and clean! Super quiet too! Toured right before closing time with Kwin the community manager, she was super professional and patient with me, gave me reassurance and answered all of my questions. I hope to call this place home in August.
Just some kudos for Sam in maintenance. He came over today to fix a broken smoke alarm at exactly the time my phone was ringing and my computer was beeping. Sam stepped in and quietly replaced my smoke alarm with a much better unit, all without adding to my chaos. Sam feels like part of our community these days, and we feel lucky to have him here for small and large fix-it jobs.

Larkspur West Linn is a beautiful, well-maintained community with modern apartments and great amenities. The management team is responsive and friendly, and any maintenance issues are taken care of quickly. It's quiet, safe, and has a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality living in West Linn!
