The Coldwell Banker HPW Cary office, will make you feel at home right when you step off the elevator. I did not have a lender or a pre-approval letter. The realtor at the front desk got me settled in. I met with Suzanne Young with Towne Mortgage of the Carolinas I was able to start my pre-approval process right in her office. After I met with my agent, we set up a plan for the coming weekend. Suzanne sent over my pre-approval letter, we shopped for a while. Hands down the best Real Estate experience I have ever had. They guided me through the process, they were never pushy, and made me feel at home.
