5-Star Review of Kristi Baker

Kristi went above and beyond to help us sell our house. We had several realtors project that it would likely take 3-4 months on the market to sell our house. Within a week, we had a great offer and Kristi helped us with negotiations. She even helped us to negotiate a lease back to fit our timeline! We would 100% recommend her as a realtor!

Kristi was wonderful to work with and guided us every step of the way. She went out of her way to help us meet our goals. I recommend her whole heartedly!

Kristi Baker and team are the most honest and dedicated group I’ve worked with. She made sure every part of the process was smooth and understood. Would send any friend or family member buying or selling to her with confidence that she would take care of them. She works hard, serves people well and is a joy to work with.

We recently sold our house with Kristi and she was amazing. Great research into the area and property prices. We had a huge amount of viewings and offers and Kristi made the process run smoothly and took time to explain the nuances of different offers. We closed quickly for the price that we wanted and her efforts were invaluable. Fantastic communication!
