Outstanding service. Kim kept the transaction moving along during the ups and downs and got me through to closing in a timely manner. She was always available to answer my questions. Kept me informed along the way. She is a responsive and truly kind person. I was glad to have her to go through this with me. She has the knowledge and experience you want.
Kim was a great help in getting our elderly deceased mother's house cleaned out, fixed up and ready for sale. House sold quickly at the expected price. She was very detail oriented and thorough. Definitely recommend.
Kim is an incredible resource and always responsive to her clients’ unique needs. She takes the time to understand the priorities of the entire family, ensuring that a home not only fits your current lifestyle but also supports your future needs. Kim helped us find the perfect house and went above and beyond to make sure it was both beautiful and safe for our young children. House hunting with two small kids is no easy task, but Kim was incredibly accommodating and made the process as smooth as possible. We truly appreciate her attention to detail, thoughtfulness, and kindness throughout the entire experience. Thank you, Kim!
Kim Kress is someone I didn't hesitate to call after 20 years. In addition to a recent home purchase, Kim helped us buy and sell a home in 2005. She is a top notch professional. Kim and her team curated a house search that led me to make an offer on a home after a one day search. That is because she listened and understood my needs and wants within my budget. Additionally, Kim has kept up a relationship over the years and knows me and my family. Kim has also stayed current on home trends so she knows how to get your home sale ready. Because of her reputation in the business, Kim has a well established list of contacts (Mortgage brokers, home inspector, etc.) that are also wonderful to work with. But is never pushy about her recommendations. Whether you are a first time or a seasoned home buyer Kim Kress will work hard for you and your family.
Kim was very knowledgeable in the process of buying my first home. Her years of experience provided good insight into all the small details. She was responsive, organized, and made the process straightforward. She answered all my questions and even helped with coordinating and recommending a lot of contractors to assist with jobs that needed to be taken care of. I would highly recommend her!
