We have had Keystone Granite install slab granite counter tops in several homes ..... they make choosing, buying and installing slab granite a pleasure not mention affordable ..... they always send an "A" Team and this time was no exception ..... our kitchen is flawless, both bathrooms perfect ..... could not be happier.
Keystone's system is so simple ..... most everything is included in one low price ..... the Keystone system makes granite fun and affordable.

Absolutely fantastic service
Angel, Ryan, and Greg were a fantastic crew. Very courteous and friendly as well as meticulous in making sure everything was perfect. We love all our new granite and would highly recommend Keystone. I wish I could use this crew for all our remodelling needs!
Great at first when you pay your deposit, but then you'll never hear from them!
I bought granite for my kitchen and bathroom counters. I did so in April.( the experience was easy, and sales person was great....she gets 5 stars) However....its now June and I have yet to see my granite. They were 10 days late coming to do the demo and template (great guys....they did nothing wrong....they get 5 stars too). But yet again, 10 days have passed, no contact or schedule for my install. I called them, they said we don't have you on the schedule for next week, did you get a call for scheduling....NO, that's why I called them.....so looks like I'm still waiting....if you can wait 3 months to get your product....great place. But if you need your kitchen or water, you might want to look elsewhere.

Keystone's service and countertops are awesome. The installers were timely, polite, professional, AND did an extraordinary job putting the counters in. We love the new quartz countertops - they look so beautiful! Only bad thing is that we can't give them more than 5 stars.

First, they have good products at the best price I had found. Second, every person I dealt with - the order writer, the template makers, the installers - were all friendly, experienced and efficient. Each explained the process thoroughly and took care of the details. I got a high quality counter top with no problems for a reasonable cost.

I was undecided on my counter tops and went to Jerry's who introduced me to Keystone Granite. Never looked back. Kim from Jerry's was a terrific help in getting it all started. Keystone was easy to deal with, professional, and they did such a great job of installing my counters. Every step was done with such great detail. The price was perfect too. Highly recommend Keystone.

The drive is a bit long but worth the money you save. The hardest part of this whole adventure was choosing what granite I wanted. All of the staff were awesome. nice friendly folks. The installers were great, very conscious and cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely recommend Key Stone Granite.
Awesome people and prices!
From the first time I visited Keystone Granite in Salem, I was met with patience, professionalism and kindness that went all the way through the installment and final payment. Tami and Sue are two of the sweetest people you could meet and the office staff likewise are happy to walk you through their HUGE collection of slabs and remnants, telling you the name of each. This company had more remnants than any other I researched. It truly is amazing how much they have to choose from! Our installers, Angel and Ryan, were amazing and again, so nice to be around. Not only did they "know" what they were doing, but they also had the creativity to figure out solutions to small problems that come up with every installation. In the end, we were enormously pleased with the quality of work and the beauty of the stone that is now throughout our house! We had a large kitchen and 3 baths done as well as had some table tops made and installed on top of tired looking wood table tops. Now that they have digital technology for taking the measurements, you can have your countertops installed in 24 hours after demolition, instead of having to live without countertops for the usual 2 weeks. Such a blessing! This is a great company and I can't help but sing their praises to everyone I know and to all who come into our home and "ooh" and "ahh" over the end result. Our primary reason for installing granite was to upgrade our house to possible sell in the spring. There is no doubt we will get that "Wow!" and that higher price when they see the stone countertops. Thank you so much Keystone Granite! It was a pleasure working with you! I, too, had a smile on my face when making that final payment!
Beyond Awesome
With God as my witness, the experience of dealing with Keystone is a model more businesses should copy. From the very start (I had no intention to actually purchase, just looking), through the purchase, the demo of my old Travertine tile counter tops, then the install of the granite and finally the purchase of my tile backsplashes..........what an experience!!! I expected the normal "that's good enough" attitude from Keystone. Boy, was I wrong. Every.......EVERY employee from Sue on down was interested in only exceeding my expectations. If you don't go to Keystone for counter tops, don't blame them for going somewhere else. Their pricing will kick the crap out of the competition and the crew will astound you. I am really beyond ecstatic and WILL buy for my remaining counters again. A Wooo Hooo day.

From the start, with a personal walk through the warehouse to great ordering service to measuring and install we had a great time with keystone granite. Pedro, Chris and Angel measured and installed wonderful granite countertops for us. They were great to work with and very personable. Would have them back again when we need our bathroom done! Wow!
We are thrilled with our new granite countertops. Each group that came to work on our kitchen was professional and courteous. They worked carefully and thoughtfully, cleaning up before they left. The office staff and crews made every effort to accommodate us, even working on a holiday. The end result is gorgeous, we love our "new kitchen!"
We will definitely call on Keystone Granite when the bathrooms get their turn!
Great prices and customer service!
We just had our granite done yesterday and it looks awesome. We have been nothing but pleased with our whole experience at Keystone. Becky took care of us when it came to picking out our slabs was always quick to answer questions and emailed back right away. The day of the template they arrived on time and even gave me a call that they were on their way. When our granite arrived David S, Pedro S, and Christian took care of everything. They showed respect and care and did a beautiful job installing the granite. After dealing with contractors that sometimes don't always do what they promise it's refreshing to work with people who show up when they say they will and do a great job and go above and beyond to make you happy. Thanks again Keystone.

The entire crew was very experienced, from the person laying out the templates to the installers. The installers, David, Pedro, and Victor were professesional, friendly, and very careful intalling the granite countertops. The granite countertop are gorgeous.
Stunning Granite
Keystone has installed granite in three home for us and each time the work is timely and done wih great care!! They go above and beyond to do what it takes to do the job right the first time, I would recommend them to anyone that wants a great selection and great price
