Very pleased!
We just got new quartz countertops installed recently and we were very pleased, from the show room selection of products, to them doing the demo of my existing granite countertops and black splash, at a very fair price. They told me it would be 2 weeks without a kitchen, it was one week later my new countertops were installed. All the work crews that worked at my home were on time, and very professional, and respectful of my home while working here, they were very exact from the templates to making sure everything fit perfectly.. It was the best kitchen update at a great price.
Exceeds Expectations
Keystone was recommended by my choosy sister so we decided to take a look. Glad we did. Saved something like $3,200 on the nearest competitor’s bid. The material choice is outstanding. We started with granite in mind but upgraded to quartz when we found it to be affordable and better suited to our project. We returned to the store four times where we were always welcomed. Big shout out to Mark who led the demo and template work at our home. Mark put us right at ease and after carefully listening to what we hope to accomplish he came up with several excellent ideas to enhance our kitchen island along with working out the mechanics of bringing the back slash up to the kitchen window ledge adding a professional finish to the project that we had not considered. These folks are great. Highly recommend.

Blue Pearl Granite tops
We ordered our counter tops through Jerry's. When I ordered our counter tops, I specified full bull nose edges. I already had an island that had the Blue Pearl Granite on it and I wanted to match the rest of the kitchen to it. Keystone brought the counter tops and unfortunately they had the wrong edge on them. This was on a Friday night and I was really bummed because they looked so pretty but they were the wrong ones. When I told the guys about it, they stopped immediately. Contacted the office and told me they would take care of it immediately. Keystone told me that they would get right back with me for a reinstall date. I was expecting a week or two to go by before they would be reinstalled. The following Monday, they tried to get them to me but I was at work. On Tuesday, they were installed by Tony and Luis. These men were professional, clean and diligent. The counter tops were installed, they cleaned up their mess and went over everything they did with me. They also told me how to clean it properly and asked if I had any questions for them, which I did. They were wonderful. I am extremely happy with the new counter tops. They are beautiful. I would recommend Keystone Granite to everyone. They were wonderful to work with. Thank you Keystone Granite for making my kitchen beautiful!

Hats off to Erin for always giving her time and outstanding customer service. She was there from start to finish, always keeping us updated on and checking in on us throughout the process. The guy we called Boss cause we couldn't pronounce is name. He came in and did the templates for the counters and designed our counters perfectly. Amazing young man and he did such a beautiful job. Our install team was amazing! Morgan and his team are maticulouse about installing and making sure everything was perfect. They didn't rush though the install and took time to make it the most amazing kitchen and bathroom counters. I can hardly wait to work again with all of them. Next project shower surronds. Happy New Year and thanks for making ours off to a great start.

Great service
Jeff, Shane, and Aaron did my install today and did a fantastic job. They deffinetly, went the extra mile to ensure that the countertop was correct. They also did a fantastic job installing the undermount sink for me. The experience from order to template and install was such a pleasant expiriance I will certainly be a repeat costumer in the near future, as well as recommend keystone for anyone looking.
Poor service
My nephew had countertops installed and it appeared they did a good job. At the end of the install I had the installers over to my house to have them look at a seam break in my countertop which was not installed by them. They indicated they would get an estimate together and contact me and they never contacted me again. It appears they can do a job but if you count on them to service anything then you had better think again. I would not say this is poor service but I would say it is nonexistent service.

Granite Countertops Kitchen
Ecstatic about my new granite countertops! From the office staff to the template cutters and finally the installers all were outstanding. Very professional crew. We put this off for a long time feeling overwhelmed however it couldn't be easier. Skip the middle man and simply drive to the Salem location, pick out your stone and they will walk you through the process. We were lucky in that we only had less than a week and a half of kitchen down time after the demo and measurement for the template. Overall excellent experience and would highly recommend Keystone. If there was one thing I would change, expand the Saturday hours.

We are so very pleased with Keystone in every capacity. From the moment we were greeted by Crystal who helped us through the ordering process, explained the series of forthcoming events involved, and the concern everything was just right for us to David with his attention to detail, relaxed but insightful communication when measuring our kitchen for counter tops to installation by Mark and Angel who clearly showed pride in their skill making sure every angle was perfect. Somehow the fabricator even managed to pattern our counter top to captivate the desired pattern we wanted from the stone. The knowledge, service, skill,and efficiency is excellent. I would pay more for a product to just get this type of service. But no need... their prices beat most competition.

Excellent service
Keystone did everything they promised and more. The tearful and installation went extremely well. The installers were very nice and they did a excellent job. The sales staff was very helpful and honest when they said it takes 2 week from the time they measure and you won't have a kitchen sink until late after t he install. It was exactly 2 weeks, but they were on time and very professional. Great job. Mark and Angel were very good and friendly while installing, even when they had a tough challenge of getting the slab into our kitchen.
Good customer service - Qualtiy Granite Work
I had new kitchen cabinets installed, and but wanted to reuse my existing granite countertop as the new cabinets were in the same configuration as the old cabinets. Keystone removed my existing counter top and reinstalled it after the new base cabinets were installed. I had imagined it would be a simple process, but it turned out they had to do some fine cutting to match the new cabinets. The end product was perfect and i am glad that I reused my granite but particularly happy with the way the countertop came out. The customer service along the way was very good.
