As an interior decorator I rely on professionalism, and appreciate a job well done. This is the first time I have used Keystone Granite, and they took good care of me! They are highly professional, provide excellent customer service, and pay attention to detail. The quality of their product is superb and their prices beat the competition! We love our granite countertops and the crews from Keystone did a great job of removing the old countertops and installing the new ones. David, Francisco and Julio were very professional in installing and took care to protect our carpets and cabinets. We would definitely recommend Keystone.
Everything about our experience with Keystone has been positive and top-notch! The granite countertops are breathtaking. Exceeded my expectations in every aspect. I couldn't be present when the slabs were cut, but Keystone did a fabulous job of putting the most gorgeous parts in the most prominent places. Customer service was excellent - always prompt replies to questions. I picked the slabs long before we were ready for installation, and when I visited Keystone, they would always cheerfully pull the slabs for me to look at. HIGHLY recommend Keystone to anyone who wants the best customer service, exquisite stone, and perfect installation at a great price.
The office staff was very helpful and patient as we picked out our granite slab. The installation was faster than promised. The installers (Juan & Julio) were perfectionists and made sure the result was amazing.

Pleasant experience from beginning to end. Office staff was friendly and helpful. The crews that measured and installed were very skilled and meticulous. Installation went so smoothly. Behind the scene, someone did a beautiful job of matching the slab pieces to the template. Each section shows a different beauty in the granite, and yet they all flow together. Everyone loves our kitchen now.

This will be my very first ever on-line review. I spent a tremendous amount of time and energy researching countertop options for my kitchen remodel. Finances were limited so initially I didn't even consider a solid surface. I so appreciated Keystones openness with pricing, it gave me the opportunity to pursue granite. Everyone in the office was very helpful answering my million and one questions. Thank you Becky. I also wanted to thank the install guys who drove all the way to Hood River. Thank you for your patience with our unique and challenging design. My husband spent many hours scanning the internet searching for a place to get granite. After reading several reviews Keystone Granite was who we settled on. The fact that our design was a challenge and Keystone pulled it off is impressive. The staff was so kind, the granite is gorgeous, and I am so happy we found Keystone. When it comes time to do the bathroom we will be making a trip to back to Salem. Thanks again. We will always recommend Keystone. In fact we have friends who are already scheduled to have Keystone install their granite.
The work done was excellent, the price was good. The crews are professional and meticulous.
First things first, they are probably the best deal you are going to find. If your main goal is price, there is NO WHERE else to do. Second, the install and measurements were super fast (I'd say they took 30 min to create a template, and 20 min once the slab was ready for install). Everything turned out very beautiful. My one small gripe was that it took them a while to schedule my template measurement (2-3 weeks out), but I think that might have been partly because I am in the Portland area.
From the web site all the way through to the installed countertops I have been very impressed with Keystone. All the people that I have met have been very professional and determined to make the finished product perfect. I absolutely love my new counter tops and wall cap. I would recommend Keystone to anyone looking for granite.
Although it started out slow with a few delays in getting the granite, once it got here it was fantastic and worth the wait! Installer David Scott was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. We had a particularly large and heavy piece that took 5 giuys to lift! David along with his crew, Juan, Jose and Chris plus our contractor got the granite into place with relatively little trouble. They do great work in cutting out the pieces necessary for the cooktop and sink. They know their stuff.

WE HAD A SMALL PROBLEM WITH OUR INSTALLATION. THEY CAME BACK AND FIXED THE PROBLEM AND DID AN EXTRA PIECE OF GRANITE FOR FREE AND IT ALL LOOKS FANTASTIC!
We are very pleased with the servce from Keystone. Everyone was super friendly and nice from the showroom to the installers. They even offered to let us be there for templating the stones to choose how it would look. We trusted them and they did a fantastic job. Would definitely use them again and recceonmend them to others!
Better front office. Mexican's who speak English. But other then that not to bad.
Sue and Staff at Keystone Granite are the best ..... this is the second home they have done for us and it just gets better and better! Keystone Granite and Sue make buying granite very simple and very fun. We have referred Keystone Granite to friends and family ..... and will continue.
