Terrible experience. Office is full of young ladies that act as if your home is not important. Very poor customer service. They messed up our backsplash measurements, and when they remade pieces to correct it, the pieces were not polished well, had sharp edges, and chips in it. What a shame. Jeff, Shane, and Aaron did my install today and did a fantastic job. They deffinetly, went the extra mile to ensure that the countertop was correct. They also did a fantastic job installing the undermount sink for me. The experience from order to template and install was such a pleasant expiriance I will certainly be a repeat costumer in the near future, as well as recommend keystone for anyone looking.

My nephew had countertops installed and it appeared they did a good job. At the end of the install I had the installers over to my house to have them look at a seam break in my countertop which was not installed by them. They indicated they would get an estimate together and contact me and they never contacted me again. It appears they can do a job but if you count on them to service anything then you had better think again. I would not say this is poor service but I would say it is nonexistent service.

Very happy with the service and product we received from Keystone Granite. Even though it was just a small project using a mostly prefab quartz vanity top, they answered all our questions and were happy to show us the slabs to ensure the color was right for us. Delivered exactly when promised.
