Love My Counters!

I called and contacted a number of businesses looking for new counters for my kitchen. I had never anticipated the hassle factor involved with this project before. I think you can tell much about how a company will be treating you from the first impression you get from their website and phone contact. From the minute I got a hold of Keystone, they were the most responsive, easy to work with, and actually very affordable. I drew up a quick drawing, sent it by email, and they got me an estimate via email within hours. They scheduled my job within a week when I called, and got the counters installed in less than a week from measuring. I work in my home, and couldn't live without a kitchen for weeks at a time. I truly appreciate Sue's willingness to work with my circumstances. Other companies were giving me install dates weeks or even months out, and talking about almost a month without counters! The measuring crew and the installers were all wonderful. Both crews were very clear, efficient, and cleaned up better than they found it! I would highly recommend Keystone to anyone looking for granite countertops. No surprises, except for the good kind (great service at a great price!)
