Great at First when You Pay Your Deposit, but then You'll Never Hear from Them!

I bought granite for my kitchen and bathroom counters. I did so in April.( the experience was easy, and sales person was great....she gets 5 stars) However....its now June and I have yet to see my granite. They were 10 days late coming to do the demo and template (great guys....they did nothing wrong....they get 5 stars too). But yet again, 10 days have passed, no contact or schedule for my install. I called them, they said we don't have you on the schedule for next week, did you get a call for scheduling....NO, that's why I called them.....so looks like I'm still waiting....if you can wait 3 months to get your product....great place. But if you need your kitchen or water, you might want to look elsewhere.
