From the first time I visited Keystone Granite in Salem, I was met with patience, professionalism and kindness that went all the way through the installment and final payment. Tami and Sue are two of the sweetest people you could meet and the office staff likewise are happy to walk you through their HUGE collection of slabs and remnants, telling you the name of each. This company had more remnants than any other I researched. It truly is amazing how much they have to choose from! Our installers, Angel and Ryan, were amazing and again, so nice to be around. Not only did they "know" what they were doing, but they also had the creativity to figure out solutions to small problems that come up with every installation. In the end, we were enormously pleased with the quality of work and the beauty of the stone that is now throughout our house! We had a large kitchen and 3 baths done as well as had some table tops made and installed on top of tired looking wood table tops. Now that they have digital technology for taking the measurements, you can have your countertops installed in 24 hours after demolition, instead of having to live without countertops for the usual 2 weeks. Such a blessing! This is a great company and I can't help but sing their praises to everyone I know and to all who come into our home and "ooh" and "ahh" over the end result. Our primary reason for installing granite was to upgrade our house to possible sell in the spring. There is no doubt we will get that "Wow!" and that higher price when they see the stone countertops.
