We worked with Kendall and her Eleete team to find and purchase a home. Kendall's knowledge of the market is outstanding and was so helpful, as we were relocating from out-of-state. She is professional, outgoing, and responsive, as is the rest of her team. We had a totally positive experience.
Forever grateful for Kendall Bergstrom & Ty DeLancellotti ! Where do we even begin? We will be forever grateful for Kendall and Ty and the incredible part they have played in our family’s journey. After relocating from Australia, we fell in love with Lake Oswego and knew this was where we wanted to put down roots and build our future. From the very beginning, Kendall went above and beyond. Her communication, guidance and genuine care throughout every step of the process were exceptional. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and her knowledge, attention to detail and incredible network of recommendations made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel seamless. What truly sets Kendall and Ty apart is that they don’t just talk the talk, they walk the walk. When challenges arose, they showed up, stood by us and worked tirelessly to make things happen. Their professionalism, integrity and commitment to their clients are second to none. But beyond their expertise, it’s the genuine relationships they build that make them so special. We never felt like just another transaction. They truly cared about our family, our future and making our dream a reality. Kendall and Ty will forever hold a special place in our hearts. They started as our realtors and have become lifelong friends. Every time we walk through our front door, we are reminded of the incredible journey that brought us here and the two wonderful people who helped make it possible. We couldn’t recommend Kendall and Ty more highly. If you’re looking for people who genuinely care, go above and beyond and deliver on their promises, look no further. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you both!
Kendall & her assistant Kelly definitely provide the ultimate experience when choosing a home! I felt confidently guided through every step of the process, with every detail attended to in a timely, professional manner. Kendall has superior knowledge of the area and took the time to help me consider all options available. She has a well-rounded approach and helped me look at all aspects of the home I was looking to purchase, resulting in a home that I not only love but that is an outstanding investment. Throughout the process, and even after, Kendall and Kelly have been a valuable resource of information and referrals for contractors for work in my home. They have given me the feeling of an ongoing partnership in caring for my home, that extends well past the initial purchase. While doing all of this, they have always been pleasant and kept the process fun!
