K&D Development did an amazing job on my bathroom, which was a total disaster! They transformed it into a stunning space. Their expertise in remodeling shows in every detail. I also needed some painting done before moving into my new house in Northglenn, CO, and Kurtis delivered! The finish was high quality, and they were very clean and efficient. As a General Contractor I would definitely recommend this reliable team!
We didn't have any work done by K&D (found out after contacting them that a neighbor could do the work), but I still wanted to leave a review based on the experience we did have. Kurtis drove all the way up to Evergreen for a free estimate, he was quick both in person and about getting our estimate back to us within 24 hours. They were also willing to be lenient on the price and match other offers we'd gotten. I would highly recommend them based on my experience.
K&D Development is my go to for General Contractor needs. I do environmental consulting and refer these guys all the time. Everyone I speak to after has fantastic things to say about them. I know from my experience they are very professional while also being personable. Great team and always has the clients interest at heart.
Work was stellar. K&D Development and the crew were easy to work with. K&D Development was professional, friendly and they made sure we were happy with every detail including cleanup. City inspector commented on how well pergola was constructed. Highly recommend K&D Development.
I had a great experience start to finish with K&D Development. From the beginning, I felt like Alex was very transparent with me about what to expect with my deck. He was extremely knowledgeable and honest, which is what led me to go with K&D Development. Spencer was phenomenal to work with - he answered my millions of questions with clarity & kindness. He also was incredible - enjoyed working with this entire team. Highly recommend!
Strongly recommend K&D Development for construction. They were professional, timely, thorough, and responsible. The entire project went more smoothly than we could have hoped, from start to finish, and if something's not right, they'll fix it. Really grateful we went with K&D Development.
