For a split second, my wife and I considered selling my Dad’s house ourselves. Hot market, houses selling hand over fist. That would have been a mistake. Suffice it to say, making the decision to work with Kathy was the best decision we made in this house sale. There is a lot of work involved with selling a house but, more importantly, there are decisions to make, negotiations to hold, all while ensuring transactions are right and proper. It is, and should be, a collaborative relationship between the seller and their agent. There were several times along the journey that my wife and I thanked our lucky stars that we had Kathy in our corner. She was a good partner and I would highly recommend her to anyone needing a realtor.
