I got lunch here on opening day! The staff were very attentive. It very much feels like a family run restaurant. The gyōza were pretty standard as a start. Where this place really shone was the Ramen. I got the spicy bowl. It's a unique and delicious taste and take on the broth that I haven't had anywhere else. Really excellent noodle texture and perfectly jammy eggs - tea eggs rather than the usual soy marinade. Will definitely be coming back to try some of the other menu options, as my coworker tried the curry and loved it. The only thing is that it does not look like much on the inside yet- give them some time to pick up business and decorate a bit, don't judge this book by its cover.
