Juli is fantastic! Her wealth of experience is extremely valuable, and her gentle but confident and informed approach helped us arrive at decisions we were comfortable with. She is a valuable resource, particularly for first time home buyers, suggesting every creative option possible to get the best price. We're completely in love with our home, and have Juli to thank for getting us there.
Juli is my go to realtor for referrals to my clients and also helped me purchase my first home. Not only are her and Friederike exceptional luxury realtors with so much knowledge about large estates but they are so humble and willing to help anyone find the right home. I highly recommend this dynamic duo.
Juli and Friederike are both a wealth of knowledge in the luxury real estate community. We could have not asked for better Agents to represent us in the purchase of our home. You both are amazing and we are so grateful for all you did for us!
First some general information.... Juli acted as our buyers agent. We had never really been in Portland for any great length of time. She came recommended (highly, I might add) by other professionals in the field. Having spent no previous time together, Juli picked us up and off we went on a great adventure. Going from house to house, learning about Portland all the while, the days were spent laughing at everything from politics to food. If you want someone who will make you laugh, who's intelligent and adept at the real estate thing and be there for you soup to nuts, Juli is the realtor for you.
I have found Juli Gun-Martin to be very knowledgeable about real estate sales and marketing. Based on personal experience she is very ethical, offers excellent suggestions, and has a great listening ability. There were several problems uncovered during the sale of my home. Juli was there every step of the way, providing guidance and much needed moral support. She is focused in her approach. She is also a fun person to be around. I highly recommend Juli. You can be sure I will be using her services for my real estate needs in the future!
