Josh is a driven, tenacious, creative, and skilled broker who brought a mix of advice, strategy, and business acumen to our transaction. Very satisfied customers. Josh has deep roots in West Linn and is respected by the local community as a top broker.
I have had the opportunity of consulting Josh on a handful of occasions regarding both purchasing and selling property. Due to the nature of some out-of-state investments I did not use Josh as my buying or selling agent, although I did consult with him regarding several areas of investment strategy and just general good old wisdom. He was able to save me over $1,000 on my most recent transaction by advising me on some negotiation advice during one of our purchases. I personally know Josh from previous career contexts and I've always looked up to him as a hard worker. He is an invaluable asset in my network and I would highly encourage anyone who has any dealings in real estate to add him to your network as well. I couldn't recommend him enough.
