We had an amazing experience with Joe and Liz. They helped us purchase our home. Their expertise in all aspects of the purchase of our home was outstanding. We appreciated all their hard and kindness through the whole process. We highly recommend them!
We loved working with Joe and Liz. They are friendly, professional and really put you at ease during the stressful process of buying and selling. We found a new construction home that would be ready in 4 months, so they immediately got to work helping us prep our home for sale. J&L provide home stagers that help edit out furniture and decor to make your home shine, which was such a valuable thing! Our house got 3 offers after our weekend open house and the process was seamless through home repairs, inspection and finally to closing. We moved into our new house and could not be happier. Thank you Joe and Liz!
I worked primarily with Joe and was very pleased with his real estate experience and expertise. He had great integrity and was extremely helpful during each step of the process of selling my house. I believe he priced my home appropriately and gave good advice to help me make important decisions. He has a great personality and a friendly demeanor, which is helpful when selling a house. I would definitely recommend Joe and Liz Edwards!
We worked with Joe to sell our house. He went above and beyond our expectations. Joe was very knowledgeable about the current market and how to prepare for the sale to get the best result. His communication, attention to detail and follow up was spectacular. Joe contacted us every step of the way as things progressed. He utilized a professional photographer and stagers to set up the house for showings. My wife and I would highly recommend Joe and Liz for buying or selling. They are knowledgeable, excellent with communication, educate on the market conditions and truly care about the client. Contact Joe and Liz for anything real estate and you will understand how spectacular they are.
We have worked with Joe and Liz since 2005 and couldn't be happier with our experience. Joe did an amazing job finding us our perfect first home and navigating our sale in a really high stress market. He was honest, kind and knew his stuff! Liz has a huge amount of knowledge in property management and investment property and when we turned our first home into a rental property, they were there to assist us throughout the entire process. Joe once again found us our perfect home and assisted us with the tough negotiations. We couldn't thank them enough for all their dedication to making sure everything went well. Highly recommended if you're buying or selling a home!
