Jenna totally exceeded my expectations for a realtor – she is incredibly effective, helpful, and is kind and fun to work with! I was a bit of a nervous buyer, and she listened to and addressed all of my fears. We are so happy with our home, and it feels surreal how easy the process was - all we really had to do was tell Jenna which houses we wanted to see and she did the rest. I am recommending Jenna to everyone irl, and you will be in great hands with her as your realtor. Below are four examples that illustrate how much Jenna rocks. 1) I had huge regrets after we submitted our first offer – I felt so bad for changing my mind after being so excited about the house the day before. I texted Jenna to cancel the offer and she rescinded the offer, made me feel good about my choice, and gave me hope that we’d find another house. 2) Jenna made inspections so easy! She scheduled them and even recommended additional inspections she thought we should have. We just showed up when she told us to - so easy. 3) Two days before the end of our inspection period I was freaking out about our house foundation (there was a crack and we want to build up). Jenna scheduled a foundation inspection for next day and was there to quiz the inspection expert. She relayed his professional opinion to me and totally put my worries to rest. 4) In addition to helping us buy our house, Jenna has provided us with invaluable information for making this house our home. Jenna’s opinion is worth 1000x more than a Google search and I feel so lucky to have her as a resource! She recommended the contractor we are hiring (I got 5 different quotes and could have just gone with Jenna’s guy instead of going to all that trouble!). She also gave me a list of stores to shop at in Portland for my home style, and we got a great rug at a great price from one yesterday.

Our experience with Mike and Jenna Hall was the absolute best! We were living 2 hours away from the properties in the areas we wanted to look at. Mike was so great to go preview the property and share it with us over FaceTime. He was so thorough and included all the fine details about the home; it felt like we were at the property. Mike and Jenna were excellent communicators and they always got back to us in a timely manner. They were both always available whenever we needed them. We were looking for a fixer upper and it was great to have Mike's knowledge in home remodel. He would help us with ideas on remodeling and associated costs, which was a huge help. Mike and Jenna are a master team together. They really look out for their clients, making sure you obtain the best deal and sharing with you their wise opinions. From the beginning they were both incredibly motivated, hard working, and are professional and trusting. They both have a calm demeanor and an excellent rapport with the sellers agent. Mike accompanied us on the day that we got the keys to our home and he even brought us lunch. They both definitely go the extra mile for you. We've gained an amazing realtor team for life, and also two great people that we can call friends!

Jenna is an exceptional agent! She found us the perfect house in a great neighborhood. We really appreciated her professionalism, desire to meet our needs on our timeline, and her communication. This was our first time buying so we of course had all the first time questions and jitters. She patiently walked us through the entire process, helping us navigate the nuances of the transaction. I would not want to buy another house without her!

Jenna helped my husband and I buy our first home and we could not have asked for a better real estate agent to work with! She took the time to walk us through what to expect throughout the entire process and made sure we felt confident and prepared to submit a strong offer in the thick of a very competitive market. Jenna answered all of our questions promptly and was with us every step of the way, she even went above and beyond and provided us resources to help ease us into home ownership. We are so thankful to have worked with her, she made what could have been a stressful time enjoyable and seamless.

We are extremely satisfied with the services provided by Jenna Hall. From the very first appointment, it was clear that we are dealing with the professional who loves her job. Jenna is extremely personable, warm and knowledgeable. She has a good understanding of the specific needs of her client, good knowledge of the area and a good sense of relative housing pricing. Jenna was available to attend to our needs 24/7 while we were looking for the right house. Jenna followed up on any question we had in a very timely manner, and effectively used the resources of her parent company when asked about statistical data or the market trends. Strongly recommend!!!!
