This is our second home purchase and first home sale with Jen. She’s a total rockstar and an absolute joy to work with. Her intuition is superb and she is incredible at reading situations and offering the right guidance without being heavy handed. It always feels like we are a team when we work with Jen, and we trust her completely. She also goes above and beyond to ensure your home is ready for the market, and has an eye for staging (and she helped us sell our home for 100k over asking!) We love working with Jen so much we referred our friends to her, and she also helped them buy their dream home.

She was well-researched on how to price our home for sale, was super supportive in getting the place ready for photos/showings, and has found all the little ways to make the buying and selling process easier and smoother. She also helped us navigate a complicated purchase outside city limits (our dream piece of acreage!) and was incredibly insightful and helpful throughout. Jen always replies in a timely manner, is fair and kind, and is perfectly professional. I would give her six stars if I could. :) HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
