Very knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do when it came to our needs for placing a sink in our business. We still have to have all the work done but the initial meeting was amazing and he explained what needed to be done. I would definitely recommend.
Long day. I got your recommendation from someone I trust. I can see why your company was recommended. My need was to move a gas water heater to the wall. Here is a before picture.
Mac was very good assessing the problem and with resolving the issue. Explanations and visual inspections were detailed to help with future planning. I'm appreciative of his thoroughness and service. I will use Jassen Tha Plumber for future service needs.
My plumber was very nice, considerate, and professional. I thought I could do some plumbing and found out you need the right tools, the right parts, and experience to use them. He came within a very short time so I really appreciated the quick service. I do think plumbing companies in general need to stock their vehicles better and know where the parts are in the vehicle. As a customer, it is frustrating knowing your bill is going up by the minute and have a plumber not find something in the vehicle , searching for 10-15 minutes or have to go get a simple part. This seems to happen a lot, but my experience is limited. Anyway, Jassen Tha Plumber Great Job! I’ll be calling you again for my next service.
