**Terrible Experience with Property Management!** Dealing with Lisa Lockhart at 8671 Amy LN in Keizer was a nightmare. She called and harassed me to pay a bill that wasn't due yet and threatened to take it out of my deposit and continued even after I sent her a screenshot of the due date. I recently applied for one of their properties and was denied, which I understood at the time of applying that that could be a possibility due to my situation. Even though I was denied I still feel I received a 5 star review treatment from them. From beginning to end they helped me along the process and explained everything every step of the way. Very kind and professional. I would highly recommend looking at their properties if you are in need of a home.

Great company to rent from and happy to have found and live in a home managed by them! Anyone we’ve talked to and dealt with have been so friendly and helpful, which makes such a difference. Highly recommend Jars of Clay!

The worst company I ever had to deal with. Horrible communication, not organized actually felt discriminated and stereotyped based off of my income. My family felt that we were left hanging, we sent all proof of income and not even a response to that whether we were approved nor denied, after reading the most recent reviews I see why

I viewed a few homes with Jars of Clay, it was a great experience, all of the homes were clean and well maintained, Joseph answered any and all of questions that I had and all of the staff were very friendly to me. If and when I have property management needs, I will definitely be coming back here.

We were hesitant to go with a property management team.. we had seen some properties mismanaged in the past by management companies. Not so with Jars of Clay Property Management. They have managed our properties for 5 years. The things we are impressed /pleased with are… They do drivebys of our properties once a month.. do annual walk through.. do 6 week walk through on new renters. They are top notch!!

I stayed at a property managed by Lisa for about 4 years and it was horrible. If you truly care about your property do not choose Lisa as a manager. I had constant problems with management. From borderline illegal constant harassment , refusing to give me parking a parking pass due to rommates, to denying my calls and not responding

If I could go lower than 1 star I would! They discriminate against people with disabilities. They charge for normal wear and tear items upon moveout. They are rude and unprofessional everytime any kind of communication was done. I'll never rent from them again and I'll be taking them to court. They don't read or comprehend correspond

I had the pleasure of doing some much needed maintenance on one of their properties. Lisa made it very easy to know the best point of contact for scheduling and such. Lisa is also very knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to Landlord tenant laws and I found her to be an amazing resource for that. I would definitely recommend using Jars of Clay Property Management.

We vacated our rental with confidence that Jars of Clay would recognize the careful maintenance and small improvements of the property, mostly landscaping and deep cleaning, that took place when we were there. Instead they charged us an unwarranted cleaning fee and added additional charges for what they called Minor touch up. We le
