I lived in A unit for 8 months before they took over. I spent over $100 to professionally have the unit cleaned and no repairs were needed. When I received my deposit it was less than half. This is our first time dealing with Jars of Clay and I was very happy! The application process was super quick and all electronic- which was wonderful with out hectic schedules. Response time to inquiries is pretty quick.
