We had the pleasure of working with Erin @ J Residental Properties. We began conversations several months before we were ready to even consider purchasing. Erin was very patient, kind, and understanding in my fears and hesitations about this process as a first tome home buyer. She respected my boundaries when I said I needed to wait, but she also didn’t forget about me and checked back in when I had asked her too. Once we did get things rolling, she set me up with a mortgage company, who was able to walk me through the process just as clearly, they worked great as a team. Our time was short and sweet with Erin once we started because we knew what we wanted and found it right away, but it was a great experience. Being first time home buyers Erin was amazing at explaining all steps and keeping us posted on anything going on. She answered all my questions promptly and so it made sense to us. As a first time homebuyer I was extremely apprehensive about the home buying process. However, Erin Jameson Maher made the process so much fun and simple. Erin is extremely helpful and was willing to answer all of my questions, which were a lot. She was always available to talk, take us to showing, or set up appointments for us to go to. We had a couple last minute showings that she was able to get us in to and went the extra mile in everything that she did, which I felt made such a difference in us landing our dream home! Erin is so personable and my fiancé and I felt she had our best interest and understood exactly the type of home we were looking. She is so knowledgeable and was such a pleasure to work with. If you are looking for an amazing realtor, I would 100% recommend Erin! She’s the absolute best and am so grateful for all of her help in finding us the perfect home.
