Keith and Spencer took such great care of us. Keith went above and beyond to get us financing that would work within our budget. Pricing came in over 10k less than what other companies offered and landed at just over 15k (including tax). The estimate they gave us is what we paid, there were no surprise costs or hidden fees. They had our roof scheduled within a couple weeks of getting the contract signed. They went even further and got it done before that scheduled date due to possible weather coming in. Our roof was done in one day, and the crew that put it on was absolutely wonderful. We had a big storm come through a couple days after, and knowing our home was safe was truly such a relief. We'd had a hidden leak that ran down behind a wall and into our electric panel late one night that sent sparks and smoke. Had I not been awake, we could have lost everything to a fire. The peace of mind they gave us is priceless. The roof itself looks fantastic, with a solid warranty that we hope we will never need, but grateful it exists if we do. I am so grateful to everyone that took care of us and made this process so easy and stress free. ❤️

Ideal replaced my roof and it looks great. They came when they said they would and completed the job quickly and with care. The men were respectful of property and did a great cleanup. Easy to work with. I would highly recommend them. The price was right as well.

This company did a spectacular job on our roof. It was steep and complicated enough that I did not want to take it on myself. The guy who came and did the estimate answered all questions to my satisfaction and remained in contact throughout the experience to answer additional questions and concerns. The price was great, significantly less than we were thinking based on a few other conversations and informal bids. The actual installation crew did the job in 1.5 days, those guys were consummate professionals. They handled their business, they were not intrusive in and way, they never asked to come inside. They were very respectful of the property and cleaned up the property and left it as they found it. We are beyond thankful to have been able to get this done before Winter, and to be able to afford it. God provides, and he certainly did in this case. We are local business owners as well, and thankful to be able to support fellow local families. Recommend without reservation.
