Michelle has made me feel comfortable to ask questions and is available whenever I need her. I define customer service as polite, friendly, effective communication, knowledgeable, accommodating, and resourceful. Michelle and Huggins embrace these skills. They are stewards of customer service. Additionally, Michelle helped us save money this year by suggesting a different program. The community greatly appreciated her diligence in working to find us the best coverage for our needs at the best rate. That was awesome!
