    I have been experiencing AC issues with a unit pushing 20 years. Hillenburg has been able to extend the life of my unit and saved me money in doing so. Their techs have arrived promptly in the supplied window, and in some cases even early. They've explained the issues where a layman can understand and presented me with options that fit my constraints. In a situation that hurts the wallet, they went above to ensure they're not also a pain point. Will definitely look to them with any future problems.

    I had Hillenburg out last year for an emergency capacitor replacement and was very pleased with the price and service, even for a weekend emergency call. This year I decided to purchase the yearly maintenance plan. Again, 5 star service. Nick called shortly before he arrived and arrived on time. Inspection was thorough and informative. Very professional. He answered all my questions. We are from Pennsylvania so heating and cooling systems are different. Nick explained how and why systems in the south are different. I never felt any pressure or had any doubts in my mind that I was getting top notch service with respect. No doubt this is the only company I will ever use in the future
