What a wonderful customer focused business! A recent move to Moore, OK and the moving company lost the hardware to put my bed together. After almost 8 weeks of calls with the manufacturer and Mathis Brothers (where purchased) with no one "able" to help me, it only took one call to Henry Home Interiors and the hardware is ordered and on its way to me. Any future furniture needs will find me there! The service was amazing, thank you to this great business!
I can't say enough about how fabulous this store is in their selections and customer service. I've purchased several items from Henry. They provide personalized recommendations; texts or calls regarding pieces in which I've shown interest; notices when something new arrives that I might like, and great design help. I really love that they bring furniture and accessories to my house, arrange it for me, and will return it if I don't like it. This helps me make decisions that otherwise would be much harder. I'm not a 'visual' person. It's hard for me to look at a room and envision what it needs, so shopping for furniture usually intimidates me. Katelynn, the owner, and Steve, her dad who works beside her, have never made me feel like I'm as untalented in decorating as I actually FEEL, so it's a pleasure to go in, even if just browsing. And a shout out to the other Steve who works there, too, because he's so helpful and friendly; he also has a great eye for design, as do Katelynn and Payton. Katelynn is an award-winning designer. I also have a box to check off that doesn't exist for everyone. I want the experience to be fun. I like to laugh and enjoy some conversation while looking for anything new. I highly recommend Henry Home Interiors. They truly check all the boxes!
