Cory and Haus Realty are great to work with. Iv worked with Cory a number of times and have always enjoyed the process. The Haus team exceeds expectations by giving every client a bespoke experience by really breaking down the clients primary goals in the transaction and how to accomplish them in the most proficient manner. Regardless of your situation, Haus Realty will come up with a plan for your home and do everything in their power to surpass your expectations.
We just closed on our property with Corry from Haus Realty, and I can confidently say he went above and beyond throughout the entire process. From the very beginning, Corry was professional, responsive, and patient, even as we dealt with multiple layers — from title questions, walk-through coordination, HVAC and bee issues, to final key delivery. He never missed a detail and always followed up quickly. He made things easy not just for us, but for the buyer as well, which helped everything close smoothly. What impressed me most was his reliability and calm communication style — even when unexpected things came up (like questions about the back driveway or who opened the door), he stayed cool and solution-focused. He kept both sides moving forward with clarity and fairness. If you’re selling or buying a home in Texas, especially with a complicated property or multi-owner family situation, I highly recommend working with Corry. You won’t find many agents this sharp and dedicated. We’re very grateful and would absolutely work with him again.
We recently worked with Corry and the Haus Realty team to sell our property, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. Corry was responsive, professional, and handled every detail with care — even through the final walkthrough and handoff. We’re grateful for his hard work and highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling in the area!
Cory Duncan is the best there is when it comes to working with clients and marketing properties. We listed our Baylor condo with him and sold it within a month. He made the process as simple and painless as possible and I was super pleased with his pricing plan and the results of the deal. He has common sense and listens to his clients! He is a pleasure to work with! Highly recommend!
Our realtor Christian was very knowledgeable about the homes he found for us. He understood what our needs were and helped us stay within our budget. The lender he provided had a quick respond time and made the process a lot smoother. Highly recommend Haus and Christian Escobedo for your next home purchase.
