Harrell Home Inspections Inc

Russ was awesome! Just moved to Georgia, had Russ do the inspection on the home we are thinking of buying and he was great. Arrived on time, professional, knowledgeable, personable. Methodically went through each system of the home highlighting any areas of concerns or major watch-outs. Presented a complete and thorough report before the end of the day so we could see everything with photos and notes. Would give him our full recommendation for any inspections you are considering.

Russ was very responsive and extremely thorough in his inspection of the property. There is no doubt he saved us significant future expenses by identifying items that needed to be addressed prior to closing. The cost of the inspection was negligible considering the money saved, and the ability to fully understand the physical condition of our substantial investment. I have used several inspectors over the last few years, and no one compares as far as professionalism and thoroughness. I do not often make recommendations. Without hesitation I highly recommend Harrell Home Inspection.

Russ was amazing! This is the second time we've used him for a home inspection and he's the only person we want to inspect for us! He's on time, very details and the best part is he teaches you about the house you're looking to purchase. Highly recommend you join him for the inspection to learn and get a true insight on the status of the home. His reports are great for negotiating with sellers, they are detailed and have lots of pictures.
