I am a tough person to work a loan through with, I know too much, fret too much and want everything done immediately. Ladelle and her team - Julie, Jake, Courtney and Kelly, were endlessly patient with my request for countless scenarios and questions. They solved problems before I knew we had them and took charge of my loan process. I know using a local, well known leader helped my offer get accepted and was leverage when negotiating got tough. You can drive yourself crazy trying to find the 'cheapest' rate, but what meant the most to me was knowing Ladelle and the team cared. Ladelle walked me through what the market was going through and gave me her best advise for locking/floating. Julie sent me soooo many worksheets. Jake made sure my file breezed through underwriting, and Kelly was on top of all the closing items. I was so lucky to have a partnership through one of the most stressful times in life. Ladelle and Team rock! You are doing yourself a disservice if you go through an online lender for what might seem like a 'cheaper' rate. Can't thank you all enough!
