I really appreciated the space Buddy and Emily gave my buyer and me to come in, talk through the transaction, and work through everything together. They were always there to answer questions, offer perspective, and, most importantly, calm my nerves when I needed it.
Recently had a pleasure closing a smooth transaction. Buddy and his team was very quick to respond and everything was great, grateful for friendly and knowledgeable people to work with. Keep up the great work team! :)
Buddy and Team are the best around! Taking care of clients with education, coaching and clear comunication. I appreciate Buddy's skilled guidance as he prepares clients for the Home Buying Process. For those just strarting to think about buying Buddy will take the time to look for your best option and guide you.
Buddy Puckett and his team are amazing and made our refinance so easy , simple and stress free. They were very informative about the possible options that might work well in our changing family. I felt comfortable with every person I worked with and I really appreciated them taking time to help me with some of the technology. I would recommend talking to Buddy no matter what stage you are at, if you are thinking about buying a house or refinancing even if you think you may not qualify, or if you are interested in how the process works. Buddy can show you where you are and where you need to be and how to get there. He is there for the long term goals as well as the immediate goals. He has a superior knowledge about programs and possibilities that may be available for you. Buddy's s team is fantastic. They are so smooth and uplifting to work with. They are professional but personable and they are friendly and happy to explain where you are at in the process and what will be happening. They made scheduling and signing easy. It was much easier than I thought it would be to organize everything around our busy life. The results were fantastic and we are very happy and would definitely do this again. Thank you everybody!
Overall I had a great experience with Buddy, Melissa, and Amy. Everyone was friendly, patient, responsive to questions and communication, regular with updates, and the list goes on. Buying a home is challenging, but Buddy's team made the process of navigating my financial options as painless as possible. I chose Buddy because of several strong recommendations from friends and I was not disappointed. I will now be one of the people strongly recommending them for others in the market to buy a home.
