We are so excited we chose Goat Turf. The process was super simple and the entire team was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Chandler was amazing and really great at communicating and making sure I stayed abreast of the project. My project manager, Spencer was phenomenal! Spencer and his crew worked so hard and they really take pride in their work. I watched the crew look over their work and they really wanted to know how I liked the look and the layout. This experience was definitely stress free and I am so happy with my back yard turf.
The Goat Turf team delivered exceptional customer service. Our renovation project involved 12 different contractors. Goat Turf was the most professional and customer focused of the group. They arrived on schedule, completed the work on schedule, and cleaned the site up every day over the 2+ week project. Their team was gracious, and went above and beyond every day for our family - When they were bringing crushed rock down our driveway, they would watch for the children coming and going and move things out of their way to make sure they could get past without issue or delay. I even watched them bring in our trash cans just to be helpful. As projects do, the project hit two minor snags. When that occurred, the Goat Turf team quickly involved us, and provided thoughtful options and solutions to ensure our satisfaction with the changes.
When the job was done, they walked the project with us to ensure our satisfaction. The failures of other contractors on the job meant Goat turf had to hold product for us for almost 2 years. They did so without complaint, and checked in multiple times over the 2 years. We highly recommend this company. Of course, the look and feel of the turf Is loved by our whole family, including our menagerie!
