Joel was an excellent partner for us when we were looking for our forever home. He anticipated our needs and communicated clearly with honesty and integrity. He had our best interest at heart through the entire process of selling our home and buying our new forever home. Thank you Joel!
Joel is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about his clients. He goes above and beyond to make every transaction smooth and successful. Highly recommend!
Joel helped my family purchase a 2nd home in Lincoln City in September 2020. He arranged to show us the homes we wanted to see all in one day and we made an offer to purchase shortly after. He made the process really easy for us and we love the home. Joel has also listed and sold homes in manufactured home communities that we put in new homes for sale. I highly recommend Getsfrid Realty.
Joel helped us sell two homes and buy another. He served us greatly with a sacrificial care. When we were going through difficulties he would fight for us to ensure things were always moving forward in the right direction. I would recommend Joel to anyone who is looking for a realtor. The quality service and communication he provides is far beyond the norm.
Joel helped sell my mom’s home. It went extremely well and Joel did a great job keeping us informed as the process went along. Joel is very knowledgeable, easy to work and I would highly recommend him to future buyers or sellers.
