As a real estate agent, myself I could have sold my home but desired a bit of separation as the seller/broker. Gerald did an excellent job marketing and selling my home. He was timely, thorough and very professional. The transaction went flawlessly. Highly recommend!
When I think of the professional service I received from my realtor this year 2026, there is only one word that comes to mind, and that is sublime. Of the over 1600 licensed realtors in Albany Oregon alone, we were fortunate to find Gerald Furgala from Windermere. Jim and I kept saying to each other, wow he doesn't miss a beat. This guy (wonderful human) answered every text and email that I sent him even during a close family emergency. The best part is; he found us the perfect home with the perfect payment and he made it happen which i'm sure wasn't easy. I would highly recommend Gerald to find you that perfect home or business.
Thank you, Gerald, for going above and beyond once again to help me sell another home in Albany… and so quickly!!!! Your dedication, professionalism, and attention to detail truly set you apart. You consistently make the entire process smooth, and your communication every step of the way gave me complete confidence! I’m so grateful for your expertise, strong work ethic, and commitment to your clients. I highly recommend Gerald to anyone looking to buy or sell, you won’t be disappointed!
I live in California and 6 years ago, during Covid, I contacted Windemere, spoke to Gerald, and asked for information on the value of my property in Albany. He kindly offered to put together some comps for the area. I received the packet very quickly. This past August I contacted Gerald about listing that property. In a very short time he provided me with all the information I needed to go forward with selling if I chose to do so. I decided to go forward with selling, Gerald put the listing together and on the market.. Gerald was genuinely kind and very easy to work with, especially me being in CA, our contact was via telephone, text and email. He kept me informed every step of the way, from listing, offers, escrow to final closing. Thanks to Gerald I couldn’t have asked for a better experience handling a real estate transaction. Thanks Gerald, and I hope to meet you in person on my next trip to Albany.
Gerald was an absolute pleasure to work with! He made the home shopping experience easy; always personable and professional. One of the things I really appreciated was that he was as critical of potential problems with homes as we were. We always felt that he was looking out for our long-term interests. He was a model of efficiency during the contract and closing phases; timely and transparent communication, everything taken care of, and closed on time. I'm happy to recommend Gerald to anyone looking for a great realtor!
