Prior to the great ice storm of 2024 I arranged with Furniture Share to donate a futon. When the storm impacted travel on the day the futon was to be picked up, Furniture Share quickly arranged for a day less than a week later. Today the futon was picked up. The pickup team was great, calling me about 20 minutes prior to their arrival. They handled the futon with care and were careful of our walls as they carried it out. One of the gentlemen mentioned to me that the futon was going to a new home at the next stop. I was so glad to hear that! Many thanks to Furniture Share for taking our donation and making it into a blessing for another family! A great experience from beginning to end.
