I had my brakes fixed at Fred’s Radiator & Auto Repair today and couldn’t be more impressed. They took care of my walk-in request with excellent customer service, gave me a fair price for both labor and parts, and the quality of their work is outstanding. What really stood out was how above and beyond they went—they gave me a ride to work and even picked me up when my car was ready. That level of service is rare these days. I’m extremely happy with the entire experience and truly grateful for their help. I would definitely recommend Fred’s to anyone needing honest, dependable auto repair in Waco!

Today was my first experience with Fred’s and I have no complaints. This shop is gave an honest explanation of recommendations for brake and rotar replacement. They also did a good job honoring the time they said it would take to complete the job. The price was fair. Would come back for future maintenance and recommend to others.

This man is outstanding! The work, the craft and passion for what they do excels! He will make sure you are done right no matter what. Thank you Fred and to all who work here. I highly recommend anyone is central Texas to come here first! He’s honest, he’s good , and he’s reputable. We will always be back with any issues that come up on our cars.

So glad I came here!! I had last minute car engine issues, and the owner of the shop even stayed after hours while my car was towed. The people were so kind and helpful! Service was fast and very reasonably priced.
